✅ Daily Updates – We share pictures and videos of your outfit throughout the production journey. This way, you can see the progress firsthand and feel fully confident about your order.

✅ Free Minor Changes – Small adjustments during embroidery are accommodated free of cost, ensuring your outfit is crafted exactly the way you imagined.

✅ Extra Customizations – Any additional work beyond the finalized design (such as extra fabric, heavy embellishments, or detailing) will be charged separately.

✅ Final Fabric & Color – Once your selected fabric and color are approved, they are locked in and cannot be changed afterward.

This transparent process is designed to protect both our clients and our craftsmanship. Especially for our global customers, where fraud can sometimes occur, our step-by-step updates make production visible and interactive. This ensures your outfit is delivered exactly to your expectations—building trust and guaranteeing complete satisfaction.

How Our Process Works

At Dawood Apparel, we believe in honesty, clarity, and customer happiness. From your first consultation to the final delivery, we keep everything smooth and stress-free. Here’s how the process works: Rosé Grace

Step 1: Initial Contact & Information

Reach out to us through our website, social media, or email. Our team will collect your details, understand your requirements, and guide you toward the next step.

Step 2: Consultation

We arrange a consultation—either in person at our studio or online for out-of-town clients. In this session, we discuss your needs, style inspirations, and event details. You may share design sketches, reference images, or ideas from our collection. Many of our bridal orders are designed entirely from scratch.

Step 3: Price Estimates

Based on your shortlisted options, we provide estimated pricing. This helps you choose the design that matches both your style and budget.

Step 4: Finalization & Payment

Once you’re ready to proceed, we finalize all elements including design, colors, and customizations.

• Measurements: We provide a professional measurement guide for the perfect fit.

• Contract (if required): For large or fully customized bridal orders, we create a written contract for clarity.

• Payment: An invoice is shared, and production begins only once all details (cut, color, and measurements) are confirmed.

Step 5: Production

Your dream outfit enters production! To give you complete peace of mind, we share daily progress updates with images and videos. Minor changes can still be adjusted during this stage before the final completion.

Step 6: Post-Production

When your outfit is finished, we share the final images with you before shipping. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with how your bridal outfit looks.
